Spinach Lemon Pesto Spread
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse till the ingredients are well mixed. Serve over crackers or vegetables or chips.
