Three Ingredient Chocolate Mini Cupcakes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Line mini cupcake pan with paper liner. Fill the pan 2/3 full with batter. You can get up to 12 to 18 mini cupcakes.
Bake for 15 min at 350 F.

- 12- 14 oz silken tofu (just drain but no need to press)
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 4 tbsp sweetener or to taste (I used erythritol)
- 1/2 banana
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
