Slow Cooker Green Beans and Tofu
- 3 cups green beans
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz tofu, cut in large cubes
- 1/ 4 cup soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder or more to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- Black pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours at high setting. I used the Crock Pot brand casserole slow cooker.
