Baby Bok Choy with Three Ingredient Sauce



Easy vegetable side dish to prepare.

Baby Bok Choy with Three Ingredient Sauce


  • 4 baby bok choy, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic paste
  • Garlic powder to taste
Add the bok choy to a skillet and add water enough to steam them. 

Mix the hoisin sauce and chilic paste in a small bowl. Set aside.

Top the cooked bok choy with the sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
