Gochujang Tofu
14- 16 oz extra firm tofu drained and cut into cubes
Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon syrup
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl
Place tofu cubes in a skillet. Pour sauce over tofu and heat the mixture at medium heat.
Serve over cooked rice.
