Do not assume

Conclusions will be untrue
Betrayed by things you knew
Don't jump to conclusions
Empty your mind of contortions
Of what is being said
Do not jump ahead
But listen with a clean slate
And the whole wide world will be in a better state
So forget what has ensued in the past
Or you will of yourself make something that rhymes with lass.
